We also carry out real estate appraisals on an individual basis, at the request of customers.

Upon receipt of the order, our experts will contact the customer within 1 working day to arrange an inspection date.

During the on-site inspection, our expert will take measurements and photos of the entire property under evaluation (exterior/interior shots). Using this information, our experts prepare the property Appraisal Report, and send it to the bank by the deadline set. The results of the valuation will be communicated by the Bank. If the appraisal fee is paid by the customer, it can be paid by bank transfer against an invoice handed over on the spot. The property appraisal survey will be carried out after we receive the appraisal fee.

The documents required include:

• title deed (from the Land Registry) not older than 30 days, an e-copy is also acceptable
• a copy of the map not older than 90 days, an e-copy is also acceptable – not required for apartments
• Floor plan/site plan
• Construction documentation (in case of construction or extension)
