During the on-site survey, our experts will verify what works are necessary and justified, and on this basis we will estimate the required costs using the current standard unit prices for the construction industry. If the condominium has a valid insurance policy with Generali, and is entitled to the discount provided by the insurer, a 10% discount will be granted on our fee.
We undertake to verify and give a second opinion on the cost of construction works incurred in the operation of condominiums on the basis of a submitted itemized quotation. The review of the quotation is preceded by an on-site survey to verify the necessity of the works and quantities included in the quotation and then they are compared with the current construction standard unit prices.

We also prepare maintenance plans for condominiums. The maintenance plan will always be developed following an on-site survey and on the basis of the necessary documentation. Upon receipt of the order, our experts will contact the representative of the condominium within 1 working day to arrange an inspection date. Following the on-site survey, after the required documents are made available to us and the service fee is paid, we will prepare and deliver the maintenance plan documentation to the customer or to the condominium within 5 working days.

Please note that if you intend to render discounted services from Atotal Insurtech Kft., the policy number of the insurance policy you have or will conclude with Generali Biztosító Zrt. will be checked to determine your eligibility for the discount. After your eligibility for the discount has been verified, Generali Biztosító Zrt. will transfer the data necessary for the use of the discount to Atotal Insurtech Kft.
