Settlement of property insurance claims

We undertake to perform the initial assessment of occurrences and to inspect damaged property on behalf of insurance companies and other customers as part of property insurance claims settlement. We will send the completed claim file together with the claim calculation to our partners after obtaining all the necessary and available supporting documents.

01 Notifying a Claim

Please, make sure you notify your claim to the competent insurance company.

When notifying a claim, please make sure you provide your contact details (particularly your mobile phone number or your e-mail address) so that our expert can arrange an appointment with you for the claim settlement.

If you have valid insurance coverage, please contact your insurer for information on how to make a claim.

02 Claim Inspection

Methods of Claims Settlement:

  • Claim Settlement with on-site inspection
  • Claims Settlement with video inspection
  • Claims Settlement via telephone
  • Claims Settlement via the office

The optional methods of settling claims are determined by the insurance company guidelines. Upon receipt of the order to inspect the claim, we will try to contact you within one working day. We will also inform you about the method of claim settlement. After confirming the time and place of the inspection, the damage will be inspected within three working days.

We kindly ask you to take photos of the damage after the occurrence has been discovered and notified.  You should take the necessary measures to prevent further damage, but if possible do not change the condition of the damaged property.

During the inspection, the expert will take photographs – in a video damage inspection, the damage is documented by a video recording as well as photographs – and will then prepare a damage inspection report. If appropriate, you will be advised on what additional documents you will need to submit to the insurance company for the assessment of your claim.

03 Claim Calculation

Upon receipt of all the documents necessary for the settlement of the claim, our expert will make a payment recommendation to the insurance company based on the following possible sources:
